We collect the personal information you give or, if applicable, your employer gives, us or that you authorise others to provide to us (which may include your name, date of birth, mobile number, address and email address, and in the case of information from your employer, may include training records, drug and alcohol testing results and other information relevant to the work you will be undertaking on land owned, controlled or managed by us).

We may also keep a record of communications we have with you, information we obtain in the course of responding to your enquiries or requests, and in providing services to you and any information that you acquire from us.

If you request a correction and we agree that your personal information needs correcting, we will do so.
